Building my first real still and everything looks great. The only problem is that the pipe that connects the condenser to the pot is leaking vapour.
I was thinking I could run a bead of JB weld around the outside then put a coat of flour paste around the seam on the inside of the still?
So when the still runs the flour paste stops the vapour from touching the jb weld.
Can flour paste be used on the inside of a boiler?
Can I use JB weld on my still if it doesn't come into contact with ethanol vapour?
