Hi all, I first got interested in distilling many years ago, during Chemistry at university and the resulting internships. Finally took the leap and decided to start trying to do it at home, recently. About 2 months ago I began doing my research, and have been lurking this forum (probably more than is really healthy in the span of time it has been) pretty religiously ever since. I've got my first couple rounds (cleaning run + first real run) of birdwatchers nearing dryness right now, and have a T500 (for method/recipe development and learning), as well as a keg conversion for larger production, which I am planning to convert to electric (S/O cranky for the CSSSC build thread) and start running once I am happy with what I am pulling off the T500 smaller runs. See you all around.
Cheers
Alky
