Kia ora. Just joined the forum. I'm new to distilling - 8 gin runs under my belt and keen to learn. Lucky so far - all gins are drinkable, I even had a local pro gin distiller taste one, and had his 'thumbs up'! No doubt I'll be searching around here lots, and probably (definitely) asking some questions. Cheers / iechyd da.
