Finally joined
Hi my nave is Vanessa, I have been lurking on this websites forum for a while now and I am ready to be part of the conversation. I am a young retiree of simple means and I would like to start a business some day in distilled spirits. I have completed 12 or so runs of birdwatchers, and have failed a few sugar washes that were different. Looking to learn and have fun. Thanks

Welcome Jellybish, don't worry about a fail or 2, we learn something from every batch that doesn't turn out as expected. There is a ton of resources and experience on the forum.
