Hi to everybody. My name is Haldun and i live in Turkey. I've been making so many different alcoholic beverages (wine, beer, raki, whisky, liqueurs...) in last 10 years. I do not drink so much but its like an hobby for me. I started to distill my own spirit for last 5 years with the column type distiller i made myself. I benefitted a lot from the huge know-how in this forum during all this time without registering myself to forum and i want to contribute now know as much as i can as a way to thank.
