Thankyou for adding me to the community.AUK NZ

Post by jamesdaulton »

Hi All,

Thankyou for adding me to the community. And thankyou for the knowledge from reading all the posts so far. I'm based in Auckland NZ, I have a copperhead pot and reflux still setup. I've researched the forums, you tube etc for some months (even years) before takin the plunge, but now I am fully committed.
So far after a good first cleaning run, I ran some cheap wine into a pseudo-brandy which turned out well after a bit of bourbon barrel love. I'm now day 4 into my first proper ferment of FFV- 2 x 23L batched- which (touch wood) is running very much to plan.

Looking forward to the learning journey ahead

Might have built some of your houses back 2006 ish...Or I could be off the radar and have the name confused with someone else entirely.

I'll have a shuffle through my old site plans anyhow.
