Malt whiskey liquer??

Post by WildonionAB »

Glennfiddich used to make a wonderful liqueur. I would really like to find a way to make a close copy somehow.

I made a copy of the baileys that is a wisky cream, I've never tried that liqueur, could it be similar?

Do you know how it compares to Drambui? You might be able to find a recipe for that which would get you started. Sounds like great stuff!

Hmmm.... sounds like orange, spices and honey right?
Maybe make up a few separate jars and try to do some blending?

I haven't had Drambui in a long time. I will try it and compare. I dont know why Glennfiddich stopped making it. Bottles of it are going for 400USD now.
