Grams of glucose after complete hydrolysis of starch

How many grams of glucose results from the saccharification of a certain amount of starch, using enzymes?

Until recently, I thought that the amounts should be equal, intuitively, but the chemists seems to say something different.

I found this picture. What do you say? Were all my calculations wrong?
