Does anyone add fresh clarified wash to their final product? I thought I had read this but can’t find anything on this now. Buccaneer Bob’s recipe uses a rum essence using fresh dunder.
I find some rum sweet enough to make me think that wash or molasses is added to final product by some distillery’s.
