Chilli and Kaffir Lime
Just wondering if anyone has experimented with using either Kaffir Lime leaves or Chilli in their Gin recipes? If so, how much would you suggest adding per litre of 40% abv neutral spirit? Would you also go heavy or lighter with the quantity of Juniper Berries? I’m thinking of around 25 grams.

That’s nice! We have one as well, it seems to be a very prolific plant. I’ve seen a kaffir lime vodka from hanger one in the past hadn’t really thought of a gin but why not.

Add it to the finished product. Get some small bottles and try different amounts in each. Can't go wrong...Zumaray wrote: ↑Fri Mar 25, 2022 2:50 am Just wondering if anyone has experimented with using either Kaffir Lime leaves or Chilli in their Gin recipes?
