2 in column reduced to 1.5 ok?

I don't see this as being a problem, but I thought I would ask the experts. I am mostly concerned with a pot still, but this is easily converted to a reflux, so it kind of concerns both. My boiler has lid that has a 1.5 in sanitary fitting (tri clamp), I am planning on building a 2 in column so I will put a reducer coming out of the boiler to the 2 in column. Any issues with this?
