I made nice Tequila mash thanks for your help,
and I found something strange about it.
I used K1-V1116 yeast in my mash, and after fermenting three days, I found something strange in my mash.
Well, is it possible to make 35% of alcohol in mash?
I'm really curious about this phenomenon.
Is this mash wrong? Or just the phenomenon that noob like me don't know?
