i will start at start excuse my typing and spelling 21l boil 4 lt water add 4.5 kilo brown sugar 1.5 lt mollasses not blacstrap stir well top up till 21l stir in alcotec rum yeast ferment 2 weeks place in boiler turn on 14oow throw first 180ml away run till temp on pot still gets to 93c i get about 4.5 lt at 65% i then cut it down with water till 40% age on oak chips 1 month strain bottle and leave for 8 months+ tastes great anything wrong with this??????????
