Stupid accident but somehow it happened.
As the title says. I had 2-2.5L of 30% low wines which had been made from a 14% sugar wash. The 2-2.5L of low wines was literally uncut no fores removed or anything like that.
I accidentally siphoned 9.5L of clean neutral into the container holding my 2-2.5L of low wines.
I've tasted it and honestly it's barely if at all changed the flavour of my neutral. It tastes basically the same. Is it safe to keep this as is and use or do I have to redistill all of it?
My main concern. Will the heads and fores be diluted enough in the 2.5L low wines after adding the 9.5L of clean neutral? Will they be diluted enough to be safe?
Really really don't want to re-run them again. Making the 9.5L of clean neutral with my air still has taken a long long time.
Looking at this from a safety aspect
Accidentally mixed some low wines into my clean neutral?
