Going to Seattle this weekend, any distillery worth a damn and if so what should I drink while I’m there?

I live in Gig Harbor which is 30 min south. Great little harbor town...walkable, restaurants and good bars. We have a distillery here called Heritage Distillery. Their signature was Brown Sugar Bourbon, which has since been sold off. They do some really good bourbons. Good space, good people. Check it out, it would be worth the drive IMO. Gig Harbor is 180 degrees from the craziness in Seattle.

Heritage in gig harbor as noted. In Seattle there is Westland. Lots of Gin and vodka "re-distillers" who are buying MPG spirits and redistilling them to make gins and vodkas. In the outlying areas there are others. Pursuit, and Blackfish in SE King County to name a couple.
Lots of distilleries in the area, but only a couple I'd say are worth a visit. Woodinville Whiskey Co, Westland, and Heritage.

Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be able to make it out to heritage but I’ll certainly try.
Westland seems like the spot since it’s in Seattle proper. What’s the skinny on these guys? They aren’t re-distillers? Anything you think I should come home with?

How many days are you in Seattle?
Here's a good day...get to Gig Harbor in the morning, rent an electric boat for a couple hours, putt around the harbor, doc it at Tides Tavern for lunch, walk to Heritage and do a bourbon/vodka tasting or two...walk to Seven Seas brewery for a beer or two. Hit Brix 24 for dinner... boom. perfect day.
Or...stumble around Seattle and try to avoid homeless encampments.
