You guys - I've been out of the game for at least a year. I have the dunder from over a year ago that's been sitting in my garage. I want to take one more pass at this distilling thing before I likely hang it up for a bit (life is not providing me with much free time lately... and we know this is a labor of love).
Do you think this dunder is good to put into my next batch to ferment? Any suggestions?
