The other day my wife needed something from Wal-Mart and we wound up with a basket full of stuff. There were only 2 lines open and each had about 10 people in them. There was an employee standing near one of the lines and Mrs Cranky asked if they would open another line or get a manager. The woman pointed down to the end and said "There's self checkout". Mrs Cranky said "I don't work for Wal-Mart"

The employees response was "It's not my department" and ran away
