Siberian distiller goes global

Post by Qloko »

Hello everyone!
Started about 12 years ago with simpliest potstil. Walked all the way through staged distillation, rectification, tray distillation, chemical and other purification and came back to simpliest potstil=)
Now moved to the blessed island of Cyprus and looking for accomplice to proceed the journey.
Main vector - fruits and sugar, was looking for my grail in unaged spirits and feel like found one. The plan was to move forward to cask aging, but due lifechanging events I have to start from scratch with no equipement and at the new place.
Hope my expirience might be helpful for the community.
Cheers!

I believe, the Kommandaria is sort of fortified wine, not liquer. so it close to sherry and port. But it's absolutely marvelous, I totally agree!

Thank's for welcoming!=)

Sorry, used the wrong word, I knew it was fortified.

Blame old age.

Regards.
