My Introduction

Post by Johnlm »

I have just recently started delving into the craft of home distilling. I only have a small 7 gallon still but have made 4 runs with mixed results. I enjoy the craft very much and look forward to developing my skills. I am a retired soldier and finally have the time to pursue my own interests as opposed to someone else's. Thank you for this forum and I look forward to conversing with many of you in the future.

Welcome John - your 7 gallon still is plenty big enough for you to test and learn. Warning: the more you learn, the more you'll begin to find limitations in your gear, and before you know it you'll be doing 50 gallon runs :)
