last year, I experimented a little with my first ferments. This year, I ran my first 2 runs. Right now, my third run (birdwatcher's) is in preparation.
During the last months, I read some books about distillation, read a lot of articles on this forum and learned a whole lot. Practically all of my questions have already been answered here! Thanks for that already!
I decided that it's now time for me to join your community and contribute to it
About me: I have slavic roots and many ties to Eastern Europe. Continuing my family tradition is one big reason why I got into this hobby.
