After homebrewing for thirty years, I've had to taper down my beer production for lack of neighborhood happy hours, which led me here. I've lurked on this forum for months, learned a lot, and even gotten inspired to go on a few distillery tours.
I've been reading up on rum, and see that there are a few books not on the wiki which I believe are worth reading. I figured I'd create an account to try to post my reviews of those books.
