Just starting out

Post by DavidG »

Hello all,

I've actually made 5 batches so far - Sugar Wash, George Washington Rye, Honey Bear Bourbon (from this site, and GOOD!), Sweet Feed, and something made up I called Coffee Shine that had coffee and chocolate rye. I am having a blast and learning with every batch. I ferment sourdough, mead, kombucha, so this seemed a natural progression. I read a lot when I take on a new hobby and this site has helped alot. Thank you all for letting me join.

Watch out for rabbit holes. You can easily fall into a few here.
Fear and ridicule are the tactics of weak-minded cowards and tyrants who have no other leadership talent from which to draw in order to persuade.
