i hope to learn more on here. ive ran 3 x5 gal runs of apple brandy. all were ok but also made my toungue numb a bit(might be my ferm?). i figured i burnt my pallet out, been a couple days, ill remember to proof down this time.

I have looked at almost every site rule and forum on here first before I posted anything but i'm simple man and sometimes "it gets all blocked up in my mouth and i don't say it no goods"
