Hi, After a good set of Gin runs I'm about to embark on my first rum, and I was looking at both Buccaneer Bob and SBB All Molasses as a starting point: I'm thinking SBB just because it looked simpler but I wondered if anyone has experience with both might provide some initial guidance --- I'm still reading up on it, but will get my feed-grade molasses to start a ferment soon.
I'm primarily looking for a silver rum in the first batch but was thinking I would potentially take a part and age it on oak ... just to learn/compare.
