Saw this on Facebook Marketplace this morning listed as "Distillery for Shots" and described as "Great conversation piece. Made in Poland."
It seems neat and likely functional, though not practical for many reasons. I'd agree with it being a great 'conversation piece' and probably not much more. It might have even been for a science lab demonstration.
