Fair prices for parts?

Not sure where to ask this type of question, so I decided to put it here. I am building this next month and need to get my order in. I have noticed in my other endeavors that when I thought I had a good price I found someone a 1/3 cheaper and free delivery. These prices also have a $185 shipping fee that needs to be tacked on. So if you had made recent parts buy with cheaper prices please let me know por favor. I thank you for your time.
