Perfect example that timing is everything, riding the crest of the latest American bourbon explosion. Wilderness Trail made its first distilling run in 2013, but isn't just a distillery. It's Ferm Solutions division manufactures enzymes and yeast for the distilling industry (and hobbyists) in addition to providing consulting and distillery training. Previous owners Pat Heist and Shane Baker also produce a distilling blog. Congrats to them.
