I was in London last month and managed to swing by Beefeater and do a tour. They did a botanical tasting which was enjoyable, a healthy product sampling, and shared a lot about their process (9 botanicals with 24 hour infusion in boiler, nothing in vapor path, etc).
Really enjoyed it, and thought I would post some still pictures for those of us who like to look at these things. I didn’t really know where to put this so mods please move if appropriate.
