Hi!
Never used a forum like this before, sorry if anything's wrong W formatting or ads.
I've wanted to make gin for a long while now, going to start distilling sometime this year I reckon after a month or two to know everything and then another couple months to realise I don't.
I'm thinking of getting a 55ish litre (15 gal) reflux or flute still. I'm the furthest possible thing from a metalworker or mechanic so I'm definitely not skilled enough to build my first still. Maybe my second..
I live in Australia and am probably going to do it legally so I can sell them for a bit of fun at markets and local liquor stores and stuff

Welcome! Sounds like you are already on the right track realizing you need something with a lot of plates or a reflux still to get the neutral you need as a base for gin. Lots of help here when you get the questions.
