Yeah, many of the posts in that thread (especially mine) are about misusing Angel. Following the instructions hasn't failed for me and there isn't enough of the grain left that I think it would contribute much if added to the next ferment.

I managed to extract enough info from Angel sources to re-translate their Google Translate instructions from their website, bag, etc. into English that I could understand and could make good products using. I think I posted my translation early in the thread I linked to.

Your translation may differ. :D
