Scorched apples, maybe?

Hi,

I've distilled (ca 10l pot heated by thyristor regulated electric stove) some fermented apple mush today and I've noticed some of it had sticked to the bottom of my boiler. It wasn't very dark, just a bit brown and smelled like apple pie/toasted apples. I had to use some force to get it off, but not much.

My question is, is it scorched? Will it negatively impact my product? I didn't notice particularly burned aroma in my product (it was a striping run, so it's not the easiest for me to separate individual components of aroma).
