Brewing in Colorado

Hi,

I'm an all-grain beer brewer for the past 7 years who is itching to branch out into the distill world. Last year I added an Anvil Foundry 10.5 gal electric boiler for my beer mash/boil purposes and soon realized it was just begging to have a distillation column put on top of it. Brewing is my mental escape from life that I fascinate about almost daily; however, since I can only drink so much beer I need a much more time consuming addition to my hobby now that I'm retired.

I have been tearing through this fantastic forum and consuming as much info as possible. Wow...what a resource! I have my column choice narrowed down to a couple options....I will be posting a question soon in hopes of getting some input.
