Based on the video, not useful for grinding/milling corn with cause the grind is still way to coarse.. the best part for fermenting is going in the air..

The tool is for chipping wood, not milling corn..

I use a garden chipper to crack corn for UJSSM. Works well. If they grind too fine, you can increase the gap by adding packers.

I like it. It's finer than the cracked corn from the feed store, but not a corn meal, so I wouldn't expect great conversion. It would allow you to purchase whole corn instead of cracked corn. You still might to go one step further and mill it again, or not as corn is so cheap.

I have a 12 hp wood chipper that is not good for anything. I doubt if it would crack corn.

depends on the mash process for sure, sure theres some clinkers in there but this looks far finer than the "regular" cracked corn I get from the mill. I think I could get pretty good conversion from this:

I am not worried about a little bit of dust getting blown away, if 99% makes it into the bag who cares lol.

I am not worried about a little bit of dust getting blown away,

Outdoors should be fine but I wouldn't run that indoors and risk a grain dust explosion.
