Low yields Everytime now

Hi everyone been doing pot runs on my 2.5 and 2.5 thumper
Having issues this month weirdly lowmtields no matter what speed even if I add extra backbends and add some likker to it nothing but low wine.
My ideas becuz til this I was fine doing simple runs I'd put the flame on 3/4 then turn down.
Then lately it's just been trash no matter what I run.
Any ideas help thank you!
(I won't be defeated by this thing)
