Hello Everybody
Hey my name is Jimmy. My son gave me a 3 gallon pot still for Xmas and we’ve been having fun with it. Our first was a grain-based gin that came out decent, particularly after double distillation. Next was a mezcal of sorts. It was tough, but the results were excellent. I’ll post about it after this. Next we are doing TFFV. Looking forward to learning here. Thanks!
