Hey Folks,
I am developing a new recipe with squeezed juniper berries. Therefor my distillate must have collected a lot of essential oils: after dilution to drinking strength at 45% ABV the gin got very cloudy. What can I do to get a clear spirit in the bottles? I have the enolmatic bottler and can apply a filter. But which one do I have to use to get rid of the cloudiness? I can't chill/cool the gin before bottling. But I think this is not necessary because I only want to get rid of the cloudiness at room temperature.
Help is very much appreciated. Thank you!
Gin got cloudy after dilution which filter can help?
