Did my first ever mash in today. Used a version of Birdwatchers sugar wash. I'm really excited. Sorry for the sideways picture lol

I drink so much now,on the back of my license it's a list of organs I need.

Birdwatchers is not a mash, it's a wash.
Mashing involves grains.

Congratulations. Tell us a little more about your process and numbers such as what your OG was, what you are expecting for FG and %alcohol.
I just read an article about the dangers of drinking that scared the crap out of me.
