Hi all.
Have been interested in saving money for a while now. Bit the bullet a few weeks back and have bought a t500 still. I'm not sure if I'll continue to use their flavors and ingredients as a mate of mine makes a mash and it's got me rather interested. I'll probably do a couple runs to get used to the still then try my hand at my own mix. Very interested in some of the recipes here as they deal with the 25 liter fermenter that I have.
Looking forward to browsing through all the info on this site.
