Truth be told. That's why I didn't come to the meet. They don't let me cross the border no more. Apparently I need some paper work filled out. 🤣

Same thought here Bushy.

OK folks, there is an upstream error in the automatic SSL cert renewal. I have found a workaround and implemented it, so secure web pages are once again working.

I have to contact folks way above my head to get a permanent fix implemented.

Sorry again for the hassles. This stuff is way above me and completely out of my control.

Unless you have someone who's really good and all the stars align, automatic certificate renewals are rarely automatic. Most Linux or BSD web servers seem to use a Java Keystore and you have to install the cert locally on the web server, have a subject alternate name that matches the DNS name, and all kinds of fun stuff.

This cert that's in use expires in three months, so you'll get to have fun again soon. Good luck, and thanks.
