Hello everyone! New the forum and new to distilling. I've had a lot of fun making wines for the last few years and finally convinced the powers that be to let me take it further! The science and art combination involved in this is astounding and overwhelming, and I appreciate all the work you folk have done in perfecting your crafts and sharing it with all of us! I can't wait to get more involved, thank you all again!
