Intro as I am new to the site

Hi All, Just registered and want to introduce myself.
I have tried brewing beer with brewing kit for amateurs. I have made wine that way as well(was not something the wife appreciated). I have a distiller and have made plum brandy a few times which turned out the best from all experiments so far. My new challenge is now to make something of the gooseberry fruit that is available at our new allotment. I am thinking wine and ferment and distill some for brandy. This is how I got here.
