)I have brewed some simple meads, wines and such in the past, and I'm hoping to make some spirits now. Thing is- I already have other hobbies that take most of my extra time and money, so I try and use the most simple, cheap setups , using mostly supplies I already have. Brewing has been, and distilling will likely be very jury-rigged (though I do have safety standards 
).I'd like to simply experiment on a small scale and maybe use strange/new methods of distilling (I'm curious, and as I said, cheap).
