New and starting off, just reading...

My use for a still is probably different than most of you. My girlfriend makes alcohol based tinctures... they are herbs that soak in Vodka for a couple days, after which she strains off the herbs, and then "open pot" boils off the alcohol. Very wasteful and expensive. So my idea is the distill the mix out and recover the alcohol for her next tincture run.
