70 y/o newbie - Hello!

Greetings all!

I am a newbie to distilling, currently using an Air Still and preparing to begin using an all copper still.
I have been brewing AG beer for about 35 years. It took me about 16 years to get my main brew recipe the way I like it, but will most likely adapt it as I continue to brew it.

I am willing to spend hours researching, as I am retired now and have much more time to do so now then I had as a critical care nurse in a burn unit.

Thank you mods for creating/managing this forum. I have already begun to learn from here and continue to do so, now, and in years to come in the future, hopefully I'll be able to contribute something useful here.
