New Hobby

Finally retired so I have some extra time here and there (notice I said some haha). Been distilling for about 3 mos but only a few batches and they turned out not bad. I do a lot of research on the subject and there is plenty info out there. Found this site and found a ton of good info that actually makes sense so here I am... Thanks for having me.
