First of all, thank you for this amazing information playground!
I have been messing around with the hobby for about a year and a half now. I started off with a Vevor still but have since upgraded and built a 50 l keg still with a 220V 3kW heating element and a 4 tube shotgun condenser. It works flawlessly compared to the Vevor
So far I've made a couple of batches of the Birdwatcher's & Kale-vodka (for gin testing), Odin's Kellogg's Whisky and SBB's all molasses rum (which is currently aging on Tawny Port wine dipped French oak sticks). Most of the things that I did turned out fairly good (many thanks to the great info on this site!). However there's so much room for improvement.
My next goal is to create a nice grain bill for a whisky as well as to try some new gin recipes.
I guess that's it for now.
Thanks for having me and have a great day y'all!
