Just retired and trying to grow my own vegetables and make my own drinks. Bought a T500 with a reflux and alembic stills. Never distilled before and my first attempt is a sugar mash that I will run through the reflux condenser so I can then make some limoncello. Looks like I should be able to find all the information I need on this site.
BTW my red neck is from being in the garden all day.
