Branching Out Newbie

Hi

Retired from the army and took a position teaching at a university. Now my second career retirement is looming on the horizon and looking for something to keep my busy when I have no students. I have been brewing beer for over two decades now, mostly kit beers, but last couple of years expanding out to engage with more of the craft. I am also looking to expand my knowledge and branch out to spirits and distilling. Thanks to all of you for allowing someone into the community to learn.
