I love putting down a mash & making beer. I also enjoy making butterscotch schnapps, strawberry vodka & coconut vanilla rum! My friends are calling me the Alchemist!
I have the Essencia still & carbon filter, lots of hiccups along the way but I think I've nailed it now!
