Just put down 8ish gallons of fresh squeezed apple juice and nothing has happened in 48 hours. Ph is 5ish.used EC-1118. Temp is 65. No sugar added.
Iv researched and eyes bleeding to no avail.
Last year's went off like a rocket. Same apples,same process. Only thing I can think is an infection? Is fresh squeezed prone to this?
Hopefully all is not.lost
